Information we receive
At checkout, you provide your name, email, chosen service, session length, preferred language and time zone. We record your order reference, payment status, PayPal order and transaction identifiers and your acceptance of the service terms. If you later book through Calendly, it also receives your appointment details. Payment details are entered in PayPal’s secure checkout. Amautas Advisory does not receive your full card number or security code. Do not submit passports or essays through booking fields.
How we use it
Amautas Advisory, the coaching service led by Suamy Perez Ortega, uses this information to deliver your service, manage appointments and payments, and send booking communications. Booking does not subscribe you to marketing.
Storage and access
The website stores your order and notification records in its Cloudflare D1 database. PayPal processes payments, Calendly manages calendar appointments and Resend sends order emails. Your private order link lets you return to your order; do not share it. Earlier enquiry records remain in the website database and are not published. Access is intended for authorised people managing the service and the hosting providers operating it. The site uses Sites and Cloudflare hosting, which may process data outside your country. We retain information while it is needed to respond to your enquiry or manage your service and any applicable obligations.
Your data enquiries
You can request access, correction or deletion of your information by emailing suamy.perez@pucp.pe. Quote your booking reference when available. Privacy enquiries do not incur a fee or require a further purchase. Your identity will be verified before action is taken.
Cookies and other websites
We have not added advertising or marketing analytics. The hosting service may use technical mechanisms for security and access. External services, including Calendly, PayPal and Chevening, have their own privacy notices. The website opens PayPal when you choose to pay and offers Calendly after verified payment for 60-minute appointments. Browser session storage helps you retry the same checkout; the server database holds the authoritative order.
